1) Acceptance

By accessing this website, member portal, or any online tools we provide (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Eligibility & accounts

Some features require an account. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

3) Use of the Service

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Coop policies.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access.
• Uploaded content must be accurate and must not infringe third-party rights.

4) Transactions & records

Online views of balances, applications, or statements are for convenience and subject to Coop verification and official records. Processing times and eligibility follow our by-laws and approved policies.

5) Intellectual property

Site content is owned by the Coop or licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6) Third-party services

We may link to or use third-party tools (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment gateways). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

7) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect members, the Coop, or the Service. You may request account deactivation at any time.

8) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Coop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Coop harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

11) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Venue shall be in Quezon City, to the extent permitted by law.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
